The Clinic Manager is responsible for carrying out the health care mission and the objectives of the SCL Health System as it relates to the overall business operations and affairs of the clinic. In doing so, establishes short– and long–range goals, objectives, plans and policies subject to approval of the Executive Director.
Education – Bachelor's degree in social sciences, a healthcare related field, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Courses should include health care organization management, statistics, accounting and finance.
Experience – Approximately 5 years in a health care organization to gain an understanding of the administrative aspects of the health care field and to be able to effectively direct Clinic operations is preferred.
