FOOD PREPARATION, HANDLING

· Assists in simple food preparation.

 

· Properly wraps, dates, and stores food.

 

· Properly uses a thermometer while cooking, serving and storing foods.

 

· Uses proper lifting and transfer techniques for food and kitchen equipment.

 

· Completes daily temperature charts.

 

· Follow HACCP guidelines as they relate to preparation, serving, and storing food.

 

· Communicates with fellow associates and supervisors in regard to shortages and quality of inventory.

 

· Performs daily cleaning tasks as assigned and cosigns with supervisor.

 

· Serving customers with excellent customer service

High School Diploma/GED preferred
