SCL Health Talent Share Float Pool (TSFP) internal staffing program allows us to better care for our patients by taking better care of our employees. Now our RNs can make the most of work-life balance while earning premium pay and working where they’re needed most. As a member of our regional float pool, you will:
- Float to ALL 4 of the SCL Health Denver area hospitals
- Receive a flat rate premium pay of up to $46/hour for contingent/PRN work
