 Assists in simple food preparation.


 Properly wraps, dates, and stores food.


 Properly uses a thermometer while cooking, serving and storing foods.


 Uses proper lifting and transfer techniques for food and kitchen equipment.


 Completes daily temperature charts.


 Follow HACCP guidelines as they relate to preparation, serving, and storing food.


Communicates with fellow associates and supervisors in regard to shortages and quality of inventory.


 Performs daily cleaning tasks as assigned and cosigns with supervisor.


 Performs other duties as assigned.


HS Diploma or equivalent preferred


Previous Food Service Experience required
