Organizational Development is responsible for supporting the development of a results based culture, a values based culture and a culture of reflection and innovation through successful coaching, facilitation, team development and change management throughout the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health.
Orients, assesses gaps in leadership behaviors and coaches leaders to success. May occur individually or in groups.
In collaboration with the senior leadership team, particularly the VP of Human Resources, actively designs and implements programs and processes to support the goal of maximizing human capital and managing talent while creating a great place to work and receive health care.
Manages, designs and implements policies and procedures relating to organizational development.
Facilitates implementation of change management initiatives based on accomplishing the strategic plan, MEG goals and blue chip initiatives.
May assist with HR initiatives and tasks as determined necessary.
Coaches associates and leaders in change management, team building and corrective action process.
Assesses needs, proposes plans and develops programs in response to results of associate engagement and patient surveys.
Administers assessments and analyses leadership assessment data, and supports change process.
Assists with recruiting and onboarding process. Orients new leaders.
Assists with NAW.
