The Clinic Manager is responsible for overall management of daily operations of assigned clinic(s) in the Medical Group. This includes hiring and supervision of personnel, budgeting and financial management, physician practice management, patient relations, and quality improvement. Other organizational responsibilities such as representation on various committees or special projects may be assigned to this individual.
This position reports to a Director of Practice Operations and works collaboratively with physicians, providers, staff, and hospital resources to assure quality health care and service for all customers.
Required: Associate’s Degree in business, medical office management or related field.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related business/mgmt. field.
CERTIFICATION, REGISTRATION, LICENSE

Required: Five years in a managerial or supervisory in a related position. Previous physician practice leadership experience.
