The Call Center Representative provides superior service to our patients across all regions and care sites. In a fast paced call center environment, the representative will:

  • Interact with patients and internal and external partners to provide information and resolve billing and service inquiries for care provdided at our Care Sites and various Clinics. 
  • Provide accurate and courteous service in an efficient manner.
  • Will perform clerical tasks to support the Business Services department as needed.

Located in Broomfield, CO.

Requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent and two years of customer service experience.


Highly prefer a candidate with call center experience and previous knowledge of healthcare billing.


Highly prefer bi-lingual/Spanish speaking candidates.
