MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
� 3+ years experience in customer service environment preferably in healthcare settings
� Able to perform the Service Excellence Representatives and Surgery Liaisons duties.
� In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, based upon Saint Joseph Hospital needs or requirements.
