Job Description

Lead and train Service Excellence Representatives at Welcome Desk, Resource Service Center, and Surgery Liaisons.

Oversees scheduling, resource person, system expert.

Help grow Resource Service Center service offerings.

Provides support to Supervisor(s) and Manager.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent.

� 3+ years experience in customer service environment preferably in healthcare settings

  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft, Excel, and proficient at typing

� Able to perform the Service Excellence Representatives and Surgery Liaisons duties.

  • Love to smile! Want to make a difference!
  • Prior Lead or supervisory experience particularly in a hospital.
  • College degree in healthcare administration or business

� In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, based upon Saint Joseph Hospital needs or requirements.
